WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Three candidates will vie for two seats on the Select Board in the May 9 town election.
Incumbent Andrew Hogeland and newcomers Stephanie Boyd and Paul Harsch are the only races on the ballot.
A fourth candidate, Andrea "Andi" Bryant, told iBerkshires.com that she has withdrawn from the race due to a family emergency, but her name will appear on the ballot.

BAAMS' Band and Special Guests Live at Waubeeka
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — On Saturday, June 1, from 4 to 7pm, Waubeeka Golf Links at 137 New Ashford Road, will host a music event benefitting Berkshires' Academy for Advanced Musical Studies (BAAMS).
The lineup includes BAAMS faculty Richard Boulger on trumpet and flugelhorn, Alex Blake on bass, Dario Boente on piano and keyboards, and Tony Lewis on drums and percussion. Special guests will join them.
There will be seating and food and drink available for purchase including flatbread pizza, wraps, burgers/cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese, turkey wrap, nachos, and more. There will be a full bar.
Proceeds from the event will support BAAMS' mission of enriching music education in the Berkshires.

Jason Codey struck out nine, and Morrie Fried went 2-for-3 with a triple Tuesday to lead the Pittsfield High baseball team to a 6-1 win over Wahconah at Wahconah Park in the Western Massachusetts Class B title game. click for more
The name change was announced last year during the annual Memorial Day service at the Field Park rotary, one of several high-profile events for the Legionnaires throughout the year.
