Judges


John Souchack-Judge

John Souchack has over 20 years experience in the record business. He started way back at Island Records promoting Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Malcom McCleran, and an unknown band from Ireland called U2.  He has also worked at Hollywood Records, Polygram Records, BMG, and TVT Records, working with Lil' Jon, Pitbull, Default, Ying Yang Twins, and Marcos Hernandez.   In July of 2007, John started Inception Music, a full service music promotion/marketing company devoted to artist development in all genres of  music. He has lent his vast experience and knowledge to such established artists as Kanye West, Gavin DeGraw, Ryan Cabrera, Natasha Beddingfield, as well as new and up and coming artists, Ingrid Michaelson, Elliot Yamin, Leona Lewis and Sara Bareilles.  He currently resides in Scarsdale, NY, with his wife, Christine, and two daughters.

Corey Moran - Judge

Corey is a native of Binghamton, NY and a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a degree in broadcast communications. He is currently the night show host on 1023 Kiss-FM, a top 40 radio station in Albany, NY. He is also the assistant program director of the station.
Tracy Grammer - Judge
Tracy is a nationally-touring folksinger and producer based in Shutesbury, Mass. Called "one of the finest singers and musicians anywhere in folkdom" by the Boston Globe, Grammer rose to critical acclaim during a magical partnership with Oregon songwriter Dave Carter, specializing in what the duo called "postmodern mythic American music." The pair released three chart-topping albums before Carter's tragic death in 2002.   In addition, she has released three recordings of solo material.  She is currently touring in support of her newest independent release, BOOK OF SPARROWS.
