I love to cook and bake which also goes hand in hand with loving to make people happy. Having people eat and enjoy my food is one of the best feelings ever, and I hope that by reading this blog people will come to enjoy cooking as much as I do!

This blog is the beginnings of a cookbook. I never measured anything when I cooked before, and I never really had anywhere that I could keep all of my recipes and ideas for recipes. I knew that because I was so scattered when it came to cooking and baking that it would be nearly impossible to write a cookbook. Having a blog will hopefully make the cookbook writing process a bit easier, and it gives me somewhere to write about all of the ups and downs of cooking. Just remember that no one is perfect and just because one dish may not work out the way you envisioned it to, doesn't mean that you aren't a cook!
