Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, October 4.
David Neyer, 23, of Plattsburgh, N.Y. had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on nine counts of rape and abuse of a child.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 cash or $500,000 surety bail on the condition Neyer have no contact with the alleged victim.
The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between July 24, 2012 and September 2, 2012 and involved a girl who is 13 years old.
