Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, September 5.
 
Juan Garcia-Rijos, 24, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on July 2, 2017.
 
Dashine Moore, 38, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

Jose Torres, 26, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of attempted assault and battery by discharging a firearm, assault by means of a dangerous weapon, and illegal possession of a firearm.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on July 2, 2017.

Yoonsang Bae, 25, of Williamstown had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of rape. 
 
He was released on personal recognizance. The charge is in connection with an alleged incident in Williamstown on July 26, 2014. The alleged victim is a 22-year-old woman.
 
William Brown, 28, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of assault and battery by means of a firearm, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and resisting arrest.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on June 2, 2017 and allegedly involved a 23-year-old man.
 
Dustin Clark, 33, of New Ashford was found not guilty by a jury on two counts of rape and a single count of indecent assault and battery.
 
Clark was accused of sexually assaulting a woman who is now 28 years old on November 25, 2009.
 
Joseph Pini, 40, of North Adams had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute - his second offense.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail. The charge is in connection with the execution of a search warrant on his home on August 9, 2017.
 
John Pierce, 41, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of kidnapping, and single counts of intimidation of a witness, and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Pittsfield on July 20, 2017 and involved a 40-year-old woman and a 6-year-old girl.
