This scholarship is based on the student's high academic achievement on the MCAS exams and is awarded upon acceptance to a participating Massachusetts public institution of higher education.

Williams Professor Wins Musicological Society Award
The H. Colin Slim Award honors each year a musicological article of exceptional merit, published during the previous year in any language and in any country by a scholar who is past the early stages of her or his career

SVHC Honors Employees with 2016 Putnam Awards

Greylock Announces New Supervisory Committee Member
Ali joins the Supervisory Committee that includes Chairman Ozias C. Vincelette, Lori Broderick-Bean, Kim Mathews and Allison L. Bedard. MCLA Names Jorge Professor of Education
Based on his work as a principal investigator for the National Science Foundation-funded "Teaching to Learn" project and his role as a Massachusetts Science Ambassador, Stroud plans to continue to push for systemic change in science education, in grades pre-K through 16.

Barrington Stage Company Names Director of Advancement

Williams Grad Named Rhodes Scholar
A native of Lebanon, Al Masri received a Fulbright Scholarship to further her studies at Williams, taking a path less traveled to the CDE. Typically, CDE students are already working as economists in their home countries, but Al Masri came to the CDE directly after completing her bachelor's degree in political science/international affairs with a minor in economics in 2014 at the Lebanese American University in Beirut.

Norman Rockwell Museum Announces New Director of Curatorial Operations
During his tenure at the Museum he has secured funding for art conservation, art storage and facilities needs, overseen a 1,600 percent growth in collections and curated or co-curated a number of contemporary exhibitions such as "Mort Künstler: The Art of Adventure" and "Litgraphic: The World of the Graphic Novel."
