Mothers and fathers, along with their babies and small children, will be treated to a relaxing hour with a Clark curator discovering and discussing a variety of art objects in the collection. The talks are most appropriate for parents with pre-toddlers.
The New Parents Gallery Talks are scheduled to resume in November.
Strollers are available; parents may also bring their own strollers or carry their children in the galleries. To ensure the safety of the works of art, backpack-style infant carriers are not permitted in the galleries. Front-hanging carriers are welcome.
The Clark is located at 225 South Street in Williamstown. The galleries are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm (daily in July and August). Admission is free November through May. Admission June 1 through October 31 is $12.50 for adults, free for children 18 and younger, members, and students with valid ID.
