Dalton Firemen's Association Honored

Dalton – The Dalton Firemen's Association was selected as February's Fire Company of the Month by the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighter Association and has been awarded $500 in recognition of the honor. The check was presented during a May 17 MCVFA Region 5 meeting held at the Dalton Fire department headquarters. The check was presented by MCVFA President Larry Holmberg to Dalton Fire Department Captain and Training Officer Paul Marshall.

The Dalton fire department will be use the award to purchase traffic safety equipment including cones and signage.
