Bring lunch/snack, water, a warm layer and weather-appropriate footwear. Please be aware of hunting season and remember to wear your orange! Directions: From Pittsfield, take Routes 8/9 east towards Dalton. Take a left onto Park Avenue. Take another left onto Gulf Road in about 0.5 miles. SATURDAY MUSIC JAM SESSION
Pittsfield, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Berkshire Community College, in collaboration with Wood Brothers Music, is offering a number of ongoing Music Jam Sessions. The initial sessions will be held Saturdays, Oct. 28, Nov. 18 and Dec. 16. The remaining sessions will be held the fourth Saturday of each month starting Jan. 27 at Wood Brothers Music in the Allendale Shopping Center in Pittsfield. Sessions, instructed by Musician David Hodge, are $40 per class. The course is designed for players who know the basic chords of the guitar, ukulele, banjo and other fretted instruments.
