Joyce Marie Hill, 74
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Joyce Marie Hill, 74, of 926 Mohawk Trail died Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Williamstown Commons.Born in Bennington, Vt., on Nov. 9, 1940, daughter of Nicholas and Marion Bushee DiGennaro, she attended Bennington schools.
Mrs. Hill was last employed as a waitress at the former Friendly's Restaurant. Before that, she worked at the former Capitol Restaurant and at the former Jard Co. in Bennington.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed Christmas parties.
Her husband, Bruce Brian Hill, whom she married in 1972, died in 2003.
She leaves four daughters, Deborah Gardzina and her husband, Andrew, Doreen Superneau and Darcy Feder and her husband, Joel, all of North Adams, and Denise Superneau and her husband, Burton Kirk, of Adams; two sons, Bryan Superneau and his wife, Arlene, of Savoy, and Stephen Superneau of North Adams; her brother, Nicholas DiGennaro of New Lebanon, N.Y.; 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, her companion, Lester Beatty of North Adams, and nieces and nephews.
Her brother Carlo DiGennaro is deceased.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Calling hours for Mrs. Hill will be Tuesday, July 28,from 3 to 6 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
