ROAD OPENS: Route 8, Beaver Street, in North Adams has been reopened; motorists are advised to use caution.

Wednesday, April 23: Happy Secretaries ... er, Administrative Assistant ... er, Administrative Professionals Day! Whatever it's called now, don't forget to recognize the person in your office who you know very well is the one who keeps the place humming. Today is also the day William Shakespeare was born AND died ... kind of a bummer way to celebrate a birthday. If today is your birthday, hope it's a better one!
