    The Pittsfield Inspectional Service Department has completed their move to 100 North St. All offices can be accessed through the 100 North Street entrance (mezzanine level). There is an elevator at this entrance. Please note that there is direct access to the building inspectors, permit coordinator and fire inspectors’ office at 10 Fenn St. (mezzanine level); however, this is a stairs only entrance.

    PITTSFIELD: Sand piles have been placed at the Barker Road and Peck's Road fire stations and the Williams Street Plaza. Residents are requested to limit their pickups to 50 pounds (one 5-gallon pail) per visit.

    The City of Pittsfield Recreation Program has teamed up with the Albany Devils Hockey team to offer tickets at a group discounted rate for City of Pittsfield residents for their game on Saturday, March 14, vs the Syracuse Crunch.  The game begins at 5 p.m. at the Times Union Center. The discounted ticket price is $13 ; age 2 and under are free).  The ticket order deadline is Friday, March 6. Tickets can be ordered here.
