My condolences go out to the family, especially to my friend and classmate, Frank. I will always remember Joe for his constant smile and generous heart. He was a man who lived by his principles and gave freely of himself to help others.

Joe & family were our good neighbors on Blackinton St. Always knew Joe for the work he did to honor Veterans, especially the Be our Guest holiday dinners. He will be missed...
