Barbara L. Tribula, 74

BECKET, Mass. — Barbara L. Tribula, 74, of Becket, formally of East Otis, died Sunday morning, January 8, 2017, at the Laurel Lake Center in Lee.

Born in Westfield on November 16, 1942, Barbara was the daughter of the late Eugene and Beverly Morgan Kenyon. She was raised and educated in the local schools. Barbara lived in East Otis for a number of years before moving to Becket in the mid 1980s.

Mrs. Tribula worked as a waitress for many years in addition to being a homemaker.

Mrs. Tribula leaves behind three daughters, Khristinia Moretz and her husband Michael of East Otis, Sherri Tribula of Great Barrington and Corey Tribula of Otis; one brother, Eugene Kenyon and his wife Nancy of West Springfield; one sister, Nancy Slattery of Long Island, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Timothy, Tyler and Michelle; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral notice: Visiting hours for Barbara Tribula will be Tuesday, January 17, 2017, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Kelly Funeral Home in Lee.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation in Barbara’s memory to either the American Cancer Society or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in care of Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main St., Lee, MA 01238.
