Judith Ann Maynard, 68

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Judith Ann Maynard, 68, of North Adams died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield after a brief illness. 

 

Born in North Adams on Feb. 25, 1949, she was the daughter of Agnes O'Neill Booth.

 

Mrs. Maynard resided in North Adams her whole life. Her favorite pastime was knitting and donating scarves to various groups, chatting on the phone with her many friends, and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.

 

Her husband of 48 years, Robert A. Maynard Sr., died in 2016.

 

She leaves her son, Robert A. Maynard Jr. of North Adams; two brothers, Robert Booth and his wife, Cindy, of Adams, and Howard Booth, a half brother, of the state of Florida; a grandson, Robert A. Maynard III, and two granddaughters, Danielle and Heather, all of North Adams; two nephews, Eric and Erin Booth and their children, Katie, Collin, and Nolan; as well as many very close cousins. She will be dearly missed by her cat, Ivan.

 

FUNERAL NOTICE — At Mrs. Maynard's request, there will be no services. Interment will take place at a later date. Arrangements by Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals.
