Robert A. Wells, 48

EGREMONT, Mass. — After many long and difficult battles, Robert A. Wells has been reunited with his brother, CWII Stephen Wells and the Lord our Father, on August 16, 2017. 

We cry for Robert, for the torments he endured and the broken hearts of his family. 

A lover of both music and automobiles, Robert is survived by his parents, John and Elizabeth Wells; his brother, John Wells and wife Rebecca Wells; his sister, Elisabeth Wells; his sister-in-law, Tosha Rowberry; nephews John, Matthew, Stephen, Alexander, Xavier and Robert; nieces Amber, Megan and Stephanie; and other family and friends. 

Funeral notice: The family will receive friends on Friday, August 25, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home in Great Barrington. The family invites everyone to join them for the funeral on Sat, August 26, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Christ Trinity Church in Sheffield followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery in North Egremont.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Arredondo Family Foundation in his name through Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home, 426 Main St., Great Barrington, MA 01230.
