Recollections & Sympathy For the Family
Post Comment
I grew up in Dalton and in the 1960s hung out a lot at the Streeter home at the end of Lake Street. Played a ton of baseball with Gerry, Norm and Alan. I remember the Red Sox name on the garage!

After being away for 35 years I had the opportunity to bring my two young daughters on a trip to Dalton to show them the house their Grandfather built and all the places I use to have fun. I drove down Lake Street and to my surprise Mrs Streeter was there raking leaves. I introduced myself and she was surprised and we hugged for a long time. Just like the old days, she invited us in and made lunch for my girls. I am so happy that i got to see her and learn about the family. Was sorry to learn about Norman.

I hope the family reads this post and know how many memories i hold for the Streeter family.
