June L. Leavens, 89

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — June Laura (Haley) Leavens, 89, formerly of Williamstown, died March 3, 2018, in Arkansas. 

She was born in Williamstown on May 23, 1928, a daughter of the late Horace and Laura (Varno) Haley. June graduated from Williamstown High School. She was a devoted homemaker, mother and grandmother. 

While a resident of Williamstown, she was a communicant of St. Patrick Church. 

Survivors include her daughter, Holly Cossey and her husband Bill Stark; granddaughter Rachel Roberts and her companion Natalie Cypert; three great-grandchildren Emma Cook, Linley Cook and Anna Macomber; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by a daughter, Cynthia Leavens, who died November 15, 2013.

Funeral notice: Graveside services will take place Monday, March 12, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the family plot in Westlawn Cemetery, Williamstown, Mass.
