Thomas S. Czupryna, 31

ADAMS, Mass. — Thomas Steven Czupryna, 31, of Adams, Mass., died on Monday, March 12, 2018, at his home. 

He was born in Springfield, Mass., on September 23, 1986, a son of Steven John Czupryna and Heidi (Dean) Lease. He attended schools in Adams, including Hoosac Valley High School, and then went on to attend Berkshire Community College. He was the owner and operator of Extreme Set-Up on Eagle Street in North Adams.

Survivors include his companion of 14 years and mother of his children, Heather Jane Derby; their two loving children, Ryan Thomas Czupryna and Sophia Jane Czupryna; an aunt, Stephanie Jimenez; four brothers, Michael, Zachary, Trevor and Tyler; a sister, Kristy Lynn; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral notice: The family of Thomas Czupryna will gather on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Flynn and Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapel, 521 West Main Street, North Adams, MA. Memorial donations may be made in his memory through the funeral home.
