Susan Toye-Gaudreau, 67
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Susan Marie (O'Neill) Toye-Gaudreau, 67, of North Adams, MA, died Saturday June 8, 2019, at her home.
She was born in North Adams, MA, on September 11, 1951, daughter of the late Robert & Bernadette (Crowley) O'Neill. Susan graduated from Drury High School and then went to University of Massachusetts, where she received her Bachelor's in Nursing. She was a devoted and highly respected nurse in the area, and later went on to become the nursing supervisor at North Adams Regional Hospital.
After retiring, she enjoyed playing golf at Waubeeka.
Susan leaves her first husband, Neville Toye; and she was predeceased by her second husband, John Gaudreau, who died on June 24, 2002. She leaves her daughter, Shannon Toye of North Adams; son Kevin Robert and Cindy Toye of Brick, NJ.; her stepchildren, Ryley and Heidi Gaudreau and Seth Gaudreau and Kayla Tooley, both of North Adams; grandchildren, Deliah, John Henry, Kyley, Kevin Jr, Jacob, Lydia, Madelyn and J.T; sisters, Sandra Bourdon, and Laurie Finck; and brother, Marc J. O'Neill.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A gathering will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 10:00 AM at the Greylock Glen, Adams followed by a reception at the Greylock Community Club. Calling hours will be on Monday June 17, 2019, from 6-8 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home - WEST CHAPEL 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA 01247.
