Brien C. Hunt, 37

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Brien Christopher Hunt, 37, of Beaverton, Ore., formerly of Williamstown, died Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.

Born in North Adams on June 21, 1976, son of Charles T. "Chuck" Hunt III of Middlebury, Vt., and Andrea Leonard Dawson of Camarillo, Calif., he attended Mount Greylock Regional High School.

Mr. Hunt loved dogs and all animals.

Besides his parents, he leaves his stepfather, Jeffrey Dawson, and his stepmother, former Gov. Jane Swift; his longtime partner, Kevin Michael Smith; four sisters, Lisa Rizas of Los Angeles and Elizabeth Hunt, Lauren Hunt and Sarah Hunt, all of Middlebury; and a brother, Stephen Rizas of Los Angeles.

FUNERAL NOTICE — A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Hunt will take place Sunday, Jan. 26, at 2 p.m. at Sherman Burbank Memorial Chapel in Williamstown.

Memorial donations are suggested for the Berkshire Humane Society through Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals.
