Donald B. Beliveau, 82
ADAMS, Mass. - Donald Bernard Beliveau, 82, of 17 Pleasant St. died Friday, Aug. 15, 2014, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.
Born in North Adams on June 13, 1932, son of Bernard and Anna Marra Beliveau, he attended North Adams schools, including Drury High School.
An Army veteran of the Korean War, he served as a medic.
Mr. Beliveau was employed by the former General Electric Co. in Pittsfield for more than 30 years, until his retirement.
He enjoyed bowling and golf.
His wife, the former Linda Ann Martin, died on Oct. 30, 1981.
He leaves three sons, Mark T. Beliveau of Cape Cod, Thomas W. Beliveau and his wife, Lynne, of Westborough, and Donald B. Beliveau Jr. and his wife, Martha, of Adams; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his longtime companion, Sandra Bergeron of North Adams.
Another son, David Beliveau, is deceased.
FUNERAL NOTICE - Services for Mr. Beliveau will be private. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
