Bettyann Burdick–Tatro, 72
STAMFORD, Vt. — Bettyann June Burdick–Tatro, 72, of 492 Sportsman Road died on Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, at her home.
Born in North Adams, Mass., on June 10, 1942, she was the daughter of Leonard Goodreau and Jenny Benoit Goodreau-Modena, and of Victor Modena Sr., who raised her from childhood. She attended North Adams Schools.
Mrs. Burdick-Tatro had been employed by the former Hunter Outdoor Products and the former Jarisch Paper Co., both in North Adams.
She was a communicant of the former St. Anthony's Church in North Adams.
She leaves her husband, Donald Tatro; six sons, William Burdick of North Adams, Michael Burdick of Adams, Mass., David Burdick of Tucson, Ariz., Randy Burdick of Cheshire, Mass., Keith Burdick of Stamford and Jeff Burdick of Colorado; two stepsons, Scott Tatro of Adams and Shawn Tatro of North Adams; two brothers, Victor Modena of North Adams and Robert Modena of Adams; a sister, Sandra Modena of Adams; 23 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband, William R. Burdick Sr., a stepson, Mark Scott, and her siblings William Goodreau and Nancy Goodreau.
