Kyle J. Crosier, 19

FLORIDA, Mass. - Kyle Jeffrey Crosier, 19, of 133 Mohawk Trail died on Sunday, June 7, 2015, as the result of a motorcycle accident in Cummington. Born in North Adams on Aug. 6, 1995, a son of Jeffrey and Bonnie Champagne Crosier of Florida, he graduated in 2013 from McCann Technical School's Machine Technical Program, working at Cavallero Plastics as an apprentice mold maker as part of the school's cooperative program. Mr. Croser was employed as a CNC machinist at Marland Mold in Pittsfield, and also at J. Crosier Mold Polishing & Repair, where he and his proud father worked side by side in the family business. He was an athlete and outdoorsmen, a true country boy. He played varsity baseball and football at McCann. He loved the outdoors, going to the gym, watching sunsets, four wheeling (his favorite spot being the Top of the World), snowmobiling, driving his Camaro, eating at Jack's Hot Dog on Saturday with Nick, wrenching in Jake's garage or with his uncles, hiking, especially the Ramble that he had hiked since the age of 2, watching movies with friends and family, and hanging out with his close friends by the fire. He spent treasured times with his siblings that he was so proud of, including watching goofy movies or playing catch in the back yard, teaching his brother and sister to drive standard and car trips to Florida because, as he said, that was quality family time. Posting on social media, exactly two months before his death, he wrote, "Never take people you love for granted. You never know when they will be torn away from you. " No matter what he did, his infectious smile, beautiful blue eyes, and love of life and appreciation of life left an impression on everyone that met him. Besides his proud parents, he leaves his brother and best friend, Kody Crosier of Florida; his sister, whom he adored, Cassandra Crosier of Florida; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Kornn of North Adams; paternal grandparents, Jackie Felix and her husband, Robert, of North Adams, and John Crosier and his wife, Leigh, of the state of Florida; his paternal great-grandmother, Lillian Senecal of North Adams, and aunts, uncles and cousins, many of whom looked up to him. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, George Champagne, of whom he had a memorial tattoo he had drawn and designed himself for his "PAPA" George. FUNERAL NOTICE - Services for Mr. Crosier will be on Friday, June 12, at 1 p.m. at Florida Church Cemetery, Route 2, with the Rev. Roy Burdick, officiating. Kyle's family will greet family and friends at the Eagles Hall in North Adams following the graveside services. All are welcome to attend and encouraged to share photos and remembrances with the family. Memorial donations are suggested for the Kyle Jeffrey Crosier Machine Tech Award through Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247.

Jeff and Bonnie, I know that no words can help what you two are feeling and going through. Please just surround yourselves with friends, family and plenty of memories of Kyle. The good times that you all shared will help. He is still with you both and this you will soon see and find out.
My sincere condolences,
Spring Williams
