Marion E. Accetta, 92

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Marion Evelina (Hall) Accetta, 92, of North Adams died Sunday, June 26, 2016, at Sweetbrook Care Center.

She was born in North Adams on June 19, 1924, daughter of Ernest and Gertrude (Hall) Hall. She attended local schools.

Marion was last employed at Tony's Restaurant. Before that, she worked at Wall-Streeter Shoe Co.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Adams and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post #996 in North Adams. She enjoyed gardening and working with flowers.

She was the widow of Anthony F. Accetta, who died on October 1, 1992. They were married on April 20, 1984.

Survivors include one daughter, Gwendolyn Boillat and her husband Woodrow of North Adams; one son, Larry Harvey and his wife Jeannie of North Adams; four grandchildren, Todd A. Boillat, Carla McDonough, Jennifer Hohn and Ryan Harvey; eight great-grandchildren, Jacob Boillat, Taylor Boillat, Sarah McDonough, Daniel McDonough, Angela McDonough, Alexandra Daloia, Jayden Hohn and Ella Hohn; and nieces and nephews.  

She was predeceased by two brothers and one sister, Evelyn Bingham, Stewart Hall and Raymond Hall.

Funeral notice: A graveside service for Marion Accetta will be held Friday, July 1, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Southview cemetery. There are no calling hours.
