Patricia A. Cataldo, 79
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Patricia A. Cataldo, 79, formerly of Bartlett Avenue, died Thursday night, Aug. 18, 2016, at Mount Greylock Extended Care Facility.
She was born in Pittsfield on July 14, 1937, the daughter of the late John C. and Geraldine L. Flynn Thomson Sr. She was educated in Dalton Schools and continued her education and graduated in 1964 from the LeBarron Hairdressing School.
Patricia had been employed at Craneville Place for over 25 years in the dietary, laundry, and housekeeping departments. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church.
Mrs. Cataldo is survived by her son, Donald E. LeClair Jr. of Pittsfield; three sisters, Sandra Thomson of Dalton, Rita (and Paul) Sullivan of Plymouth, Mass., and Charlene Thomson of North Carolina; three brothers, John C. Thomson Jr. of Tyler, Texas, Peter Thomson of Germany and Kevin (and Cindy) Thomson of Pittsfield; seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; six nieces; and seven nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Bernadette L. Scales; her first husband, Donald E. LeClair Sr.; her second husband, Francis W. Moore; and her third husband, Francis A. Cataldo.
Funeral notice: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, Aug 24, 2016, at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph Church with Mnsgr. Michael A. Shershanovich, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of the Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, which is handling the arrangements.
