 ADAMS, Mass. — Lynn Ann Swanson, 55, of 166 Orchard St. died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at North Adams Regional Hospital.
Born in North Adams on Feb. 28, 1957, daughter of Geraldine Crew Barbuto of North Adams and the late Robert Barbuto, she graduated from Drury High School with the class of 1975.
Mrs. Swanson was last employed by Williamstown Medical Associates. Before that, she worked at Berkshire Medical Group and as a sales coordinator at Pittsfield Pipers.
She was a communicant of the former St. Anthony of Padua Church. She enjoyed fishing.
She and her husband, William B. Swanson, were she married on April 4, 2011.
Besides her mother and her husband, she leaves two sons, Robert Moreau and his wife, Julia, and Marc Moreau, all of North Adams; a daughter, Haley Moreau of North Adams; a stepdaughter, Brianne Swanson of Chicopee; a brother, Robert Barbuto and his wife, Leah, of Plainfield, Conn., and four grandchildren, Dominic Moreau, Aubrey Lynn Floriani, Alivia Swanson, and Lily Swanson
Her former husband, Henry C. Moreau, died on Oct. 9, 2012.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mrs. Swanson will be Friday, Feb. 15, at 11 from Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will be in the spring in Southview Cemetery.
A calling hour will be held Friday morning from 10 to 11 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her grandchildren's education fund in care of the funeral home.
