Breakfast menu has a variety of items-from steak and eggs, omelets and breakfast sandwiches to smoked salmon eggs benedict on an English muffin and fresh-fruit energy bowls. Complementing these classics are a number of specialty dishes such as The Chile Relleno Omelet- a poblano pepper stuffed with veggies and cheese, topped with red sauce, Mexican cream and queso fresco, The Huevos Rancheros-tortillas served with sunny- side up eggs, refried beans, queso fresco, salsa, Mexican cream & avocado. The breakfast menu is available all day- 7am-3pm.
Rio lunch menu is a similarly balanced between standard American cuisine and Mexican specialty dishes. Starting at 11 am customers can order everything from soups and salads to burgers, buffalo chicken wraps, roast beef sandwiched and a cod po-boy. Lunch specialties include ginger garlic baked salmon, burritos, nachos and salads such as the Bean Bean Bean Salad-mixed beans and corn, pico de gallo, avocado and baby spinach served with house vinaigrette dressing.
Supplementing that menu are a wide range of smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. Additionally, Rio is serving up SoCo Creamery ice cream and coffee from the Barrington Coffee Roasting Company.
