Bass Water Grill

287 S State Road, Rte 8

Cheshire, MA

413-743-1911

The Bass Water Grille is conveniently located at the intersection of Route 8 and the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail in Cheshire, Massachusetts. The BWG is the perfect destination for all your dining needs regardless of your group size or mode of transportation. From a romantic dinner for two or a party of 100, BWG is the place to be. Family owned and operated by the Bassi’s since April 1, 2007, the BWG has become a local favorite due in part to the friendly hometown atmosphere and its breathtaking view of Cheshire Lake and Berkshire rolling hills. Its varied menu provides enough choices to satisfy everyone.

Executive Chef Ed Bassi, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, has created a menu that reflects his almost 40 years of experience. The menu has something for everyone, from mouthwatering soups and appetizers to an array of savory entrées including beef, pork, chicken, pasta, and seafood. Comfort food favorites as well as more adventurous fare seamlessly co-exist on Ed’s menu. Sandwiches, burgers, dinner salads and desserts round out the diverse menu.

With our fully stocked Bar, dining for 70, banquet room for 80-100, along with our extensive menu and convenient location, there is no reason to go anywhere else for your dining needs. Come on in, Chef Ed and Manager LeeAnn will take good care of you.
