Malaysian-born owner Sabrina Tan is known within the Berkshires for her culinary excellence and has had the privilege of serving many world famous celebrities.

Conveniently located on downtown in Pittsfield Flavours is an easy ride from the northern and southern Berkshire areas and just minutes from the Colonial Theatre and Barrington Stage Company.
In addition to offering our dining guests classic American cuisine, we serve favorites from the five continents of the world, especially a Southeast Asian cuisine, with a delicate blend of many special herbs and spices. We pride ourselves on exceptional dining and service.
Malaysian food is a culinary diversity originating from its multiethnic population of Malay, Indian, Eurasian, Chinese, Nyonya and the indigenous peoples of Borneo. We offer the most authentic cosmic array of food that has now come to be known all over the world as "Malaysian food."
All our entrees can be cooked gluten free, and we do not use MSG. We also offer vegetarian dishes. If you are vegan, please mention that to your server when ordering since some vegetarian dishes contain fish sauce.
