Open for dinner only, the restaurant covers all the expected categories of a full Italian meal: appetizers, salads, pastas and entrees. Appetizers range from $6 for cheese-baked garlic bread to $11 for Prince Edward Island mussels with garlic; salads range from the $6 house salad to the $13 family-sized "Mama C's" antipasto, which includes cured meats, cheese, marinated mushrooms, olives, peppers and vegetables.
Pasta dishes begin at $10 for spaghetti paired with either meatballs or sausage; other pastas include potato gnocchi with vodka sauce, rigatoni with chicken and broccoli, spaghetti bolognese, and linguini with clams. Polenta is on the menu as well. Vegetarians take note: the restaurant's homemade red sauce is flavored with meat. There are vegetarian options if you don't mind eating dairy: the fettucine alfredo, cheese-filled tortellini with pesto cream, and risotto are $13 each.
Entrees come with a side of pasta or potato and a vegetable; choose from eggplant, chicken or veal Parmesan, as well as chicken, beef, veal and seafood options, including a roasted salmon fillet with tomato-basil coulis.
You can start your meal off with a cocktail and accompany it with some vino; the restaurant offers a full liquor and wine selection.

| "I've eaten at Red Sauce many times and never been disappointed. Chef Eddie creates dishes with wonderful flavors that you won't experience at chain restaurants. Save room for dessert!!

| "My best friend and I had dinner here recently and were pleasantly surprised how wonderful everything was. At no point did we feel "rushed". The Hostess and especially our waitress were very gracious and friendly and made us feel comfortable without being condescending. She was also prompt and attentive without being pushy. The place is atmospheric and cozy as well. Please stay around for a long time, Red Sauce. We WILL be back." | ~Tim/iBerkshires.com comments

| ""...My meal was a mixture of firm pasta, crisp broccoli and chicken breast chunks so tender tha a fork's touch caused the meat to separate. Every bite was flavor-filled..."" | ~Susan Bush/iBerkshires.com review
