McCann Tech Boys' Comeback Bid Falls Short
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Diaz Edwin scored two goals Monday to lead Commerce to a 2-1 win over the McCann Tech boys soccer team on Senior Day in the Hornets Nest.
Omar Uqdah scored an unassisted goal for McCann in the 39th minute to cut the deficit in half, but the Hornets could not get another goal past Matais Abimael (four saves).
Devon Grisold stopped five shots for the Hornets (9-4-4), who finish the regular season on Thursday at Westfield Tech.
