Pittsfield's Rich Named County's Player of the Year

PITTSIELD, Mass. — After scoring a team-leading 21 goals for the Western Mass Division 1 semi-finalist Pittsfield High boys soccer team, senior Jackson Rich was named the Berkshire County Player of the Year in a vote of the county’s coaches.
 
Rich is joined by three of his Generals teammates on the first team all-Berkshire squad: defenseman Quinn Matthews, midfielder Jesse Kramer and forward Evan Dempsey.
 
The first team features five players from the Division 4 finalist Lenox Millionaires: keeper Matt Tibbetts, back Matt Heim, middie Ian Laurin and forwards Michael Abdalla and Nic Baruch.
