McCann played well at the beginning of the first half but Hampden took control at the end of the half making good on 2 of 3 shots on net. Hampden scored again in the second half on the first shot and went up 3 - 0. McCann turned it on and started to battle back.  They scored 3 goals in 14 minutes but Hampden was able to score one more to keep the lead.  McCann had several opportunities to tie up the game but shot the ball wide of the net and Hampden held on for the 4-3 win.
