LENOX, Mass. -- Molly Knight had a goal and two assists, and five different players scored for the Lenox girls soccer team in a 5-0 win over Lee on Monday.

“Molly Knight had a terrific game both on the field and with her free kicks tonight, getting an Olympico goal on one of her corners and earning assists on two other corners she took,” Lenox coach Kyle Zinchuk said.

One of those assists was converted by Solia Herndon-Schmid with a header that turned out to be the game-winner.

Erin Czelusniak, Aliza Munch and Genevieve Collins each scored a goal for Lenox, which got seven saves from Taylor Knight and one from Aliza Munch for the shutout.

Bella Lovato stopped 12 shots for Lee.

“This was probably the most complete game we've played so far,” Zinchuk said. “Lee is a good side that looked dangerous throughout the whole game, so it was good for us to get on the board early to help us settle into the game.

“It was great to see us getting the whole team involved with lots of different scorers, including a couple eighth graders getting on the score sheet with Aliza Munch and Genevieve Collins scoring our last two goals.”

Lenox (6-2) goes to Great Barrington to face Monument Mountain on Friday.

Lee (3-1-1) hosts SciTech on Tuesday.
