McWeeny Scores Four for Mount Greylock Girls in Win Over Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Clara McWeeny scored four goals Friday to lead the Mount Greylock girls soccer team to a 5-1 win over Taconic.
 
Madison Ross had a goal and an assist, and Caroline Flynn set up a pair of goals as the Mounties (3-1) rebounded from their first loss of the season.
 
Isabella Nicastro made eight saves to get the win in goal.
 
Taconic’s Natalia Agrelo had an outstanding day between the pipes with 22 stops.
 
Jenna Bateman scored for Taconic (2-2), which hosts Mount Everett on Tuesday.
 
Mount Greylock goes to Drury on Thursday.
