Eline-Wright Leads Pittsfield Girls Soccer to First Win

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Julia Eline-Wright scored a goal and assisted on two more Wednesday evening to lead the Pittsfield girls soccer team to a 4-1 win over Lenox at Berkshire Community College.
 
Four different players scored for the Generals in their first win of the season.
 
Sadie Supranowicz got things started with an assist from Eline-Wright in the third minute. Britney Perkett and Lizzie Swanson added first-half goals as PHS (1-2) took a 3-0 half-time lead.
 
Abby Schilling got Lenox on the board midway through the second half, but Britney Perkett set up Eline-Wright for a goal in the closing minutes to put the game away.
 
Sophie Patella made 13 saves for Lenox (2-2), which goes to Wahconah on Saturday.
 
Hayley Tobin stopped six shots to earn the win for Pittsfield, which goes to Woodstock Academy on Saturday.
