NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Nicole Gamberoni and Shelby Lynch each scored twice Wednesday to lead the Lenox girls soccer team to a 6-0 win over McCann Tech.

 

Sophie Patella made five saves to earn the shutout win in goal.

 

McCann Tech keeper Sarah Fortini was tested early and often, holding the visitors to just one-goal in the first half and just four goals through 71 minutes before Lenox added a couple of late tallies.

 

Fortini ended up with 17 saves for the Hornets (2-15), who finish the season at home on Friday against Pioneer.

 

Lenox (8-5-3) finishes the regular season at Taconic on Monday.
