Pittsfield senior Marie Butler was named the most valuable player in Berkshire County in a vote of the league's coaches.

Butler led the Generals to a 14-7 record and a berth in the Western Massachusetts Division 2 tournament.

She also was joined by teammate Hannah Wheeler on the all-Berkshire team.

The coaches named three all-league teams, one for the county and one each for the North and South Divisions.

Making the cut on the all-county team were: Lee's Suriana Lee, Kylie Joyce, Lizzy Brown and Rachel Wendling; Lenox's Kayanna Black and Maddie Baranski; Mount Greylock's Lucy Shepard, Takiera Darrow and Emma Hayward; and Wahconah's Kaylee O'Bryan and Kassidy Krejmas.

Lee, Butler, Black and Shepard are the only seniors on that 13-player roster.

The all-North team includes: Lee's Erin Brisebois and Aliyah Noel; Pittsfield's Adam Quinto, Alexi Sondrini and Emma King; Mount Greylock's Gabby Alvarez, Alyssa Phelps and Lainey Gill; and Wahconah's Faith Wehner and Gabby Frydel.

The all-South team includes: Monument Mountain's Elena Angerman, Brianna Ayala and Marley Zorn; Lenox's Kristin Miller; Mount Anthony's Emilie O'Brien; Taconic's Victoria Tynan and Sara Curry; and Mount Everett's Faith Angell, Lizzy Sarnacki and Ashley Atwood.
