Mount Everett Hockey Comes Back to Earn Tie at Home

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Andrew Conlon scored with 20 seconds left Saturday to give the Mount Everett hockey team a 3-3 tie with Eastern Connecticut at the Berkshire School.
 
Jake Corcoran and Max Joyner set up Conlon.
 
Corcoran scored the other two Eagles goals, giving him three points on the day, and Jack Seward-Dailey stopped 28 shots to earn the tie in goal.
 
Corcoran lit the lamp first with an assist from Brendan Dempsey early in the first period.
 
But Eastern Connecticut scored the next three, starting with the tying goal by Ryan Huta in the 11th minute.
 
The visitors took a 3-1 lead with a pair of goals to start the third.
 
But with 2 minutes, 7 seconds left, Grayson Duval set up Corcoran, who finished to make it a 3-2 game.
 
Mount Everett hosts Drury on Monday.
