Duval Leads Mount Everett Past Southwick

SOUTHWICK, Mass. -- Carly Duval scored a pair of goals and assisted on another Sunday to lead the Mount Everett hockey team to a 4-2 win over Southwick.
 
Duval scored with asists from Aidan Engel and Dylan Boomsma in the third period to snap a 2-2 tie.
 
Cooper Shepardson added an insurance goal to help put the game away.
 
Dylan Boomsma scored a goal and had an assist, and Brendan Hayden assisted on a pair of goals.
 
Jack Seward-Dailey made 30 saves to earn the win in goal.
 
Mount Everett’s scheduled game Monday against Amherst-Pelham has been canceled due to anticipated weather.
