Ludlow Icers Rally in Third to Beat Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Ludlow’s Joshua Greenfield scored with 1 minute, 15 seconds left to provide the game-winner in a 7-5 comeback win over Mount Everett on Friday night.
 
The Eagles led, 5-3, with 9:52 left to play when Caleb Kollmer completed his hat trick with assists from Cam Raifstanger and Cooper Shepardson.
 
But Ludlow answered three minutes later and got the tying goal with 4:39 left when Sam Cocci made it 5-5.
 
Cocci added an empty-net goal with 26 seconds left to provide the final margin of victory.
 
Kyle Benzie and Jay T. Seward-Dailey each scored a goal for Mount Everett.
 
Cole Duval made 36 saves for the Eagles, who were outshot 43-30.
 
Mount Everett (2-6-2) hosts Shepaug on Saturday.
