Wahconah Boys, Girls Swim Past Hudson

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Jacob Kunzmann and Fred Sears each earned a pair of wins to lead the Wahconah swim team to a 98-17 win over Hudson on Wednesday.

 

In the girls’ dual meet, Amelia Bergquist took a pair of contested events to lead her squad to a 97-12 win.

 

Bergquist won the 50-yard freestyle in 34.50 seconds and the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:39.25.

 

Kunzmann took first in the 200 free (2:18.00) and 100 free (1:04.13). Sears won the 50 free (27.71) and 100 butterfly (1:22.59).

 

Wahconah hosts Taconic Hills on Friday at the YMCA.
