VanDeurzen, Gilooly Lead Mount Greylock Girls Tennis to Win

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Mia VanDeurzen and Hannah Gilooly fought from behind to earn a three-set win at second doubles and give the Mount Greylock girls tennis team a 3-2 win over Lenox on Thursday.
 
VanDeurszen and Gilooly outlasted Lenox’s Shawna Pandell and Rosemary Pehlert for a 4-6, 6-2, 6-2 win and the deciding point.
 
The Mounties swept the two doubles points, with Emma Stankiewicz and Orianna Van Slycke earning a straight-set win at No. 1 doubles.
 
Isabel Northington won, 6-1, 6-0, at first singles for the Mounties.
 
Lenox got points from Alex Trousilek and Morgan Hayden at second and third singles, respectively.
