ADAMS, Mass. -- Henry Sniezek finished with birdies on two of the last three holes to take medalist honors with a 35 and lead the Hoosac Valley golf team to a 164-198 win over Monument Mountain at Forest Park Country Club on Tuesday.

Sniezek birdied the seventh and the ninth holes to finish seven strokes ahead of the field.

Corben Craig (42), Hayden Grimes (43) and Derek Alibozek (44) backed up Sniezek in the scoring column. Craig notched a birdie on the second hole.

“A windy day at Forest Park, and scores were a little higher,” Hoosac Valley coach Jay Sniezek said. “Henry was the exception with a career-low 35. Hats off to my two seniors Hayden and Derek in their last match.”

Max Joyner led Monument Mountain with a 43, and Curt Wilton finished at 49 for the Spartans.
