Monument Boys Lax Wins in Sudden Death

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Sam Capeless scored twice and Jonah Swotes made 21 saves to lead the Monument Mountain boys lacrosse team to a 4-3, overtime win over St. Joseph on Thursday.
 
Jack Vickery and Nick Roszkowski had the other Monument goals, and John Bianco had two assists for the Spartans.
 
St. Joe's Cody O'Dowd scored two goals. Sam Thomason had a goal, and Brandon Faas had an assist for the Crusaders.
 
Wyatt Porter made 10 stops in the St. Joseph goal.
