McCann Tech Baseball Tops Sci-Tech

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Matt Jette struck out eight in a complete-game effort as the McCann Tech baseball team beat Sci-Tech, 14-4, on Friday.
 
Nick Mroz went 2-for-5 with three runs batted in, and Omar Uqdah doubled for the Hornets. Logan Briggs, Andrew Levesque and Jeremy Beany each had a pair of hits in a 13-hit attack.
 
McCann Tech (12-4) hosts Gateway on Monday.
