COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. -- Kolby Bleau bunted home Kenny Zucco in the top of the eighth to lead the Mount Everett baseball team to a 7-5 win over Hoosac Valley on Doubleday Field on Tuesday.

The Eagles took advantage of three errors in the eighth to score twice and break a 5-5 tie.

Anthony Lupiani and Niko Casivant each had a pair of hits for Mount Everett, which got five innings on the mound from Bleau.

Casivant threw an inning of relief, and Lupiani earned the win by striking out four and giving up just one hit and no walks in two innings of work.

Devin Kogut went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs, and Sam Larabee doubled in a 2-for-4 day at the plate for Hoosac Valley.

The Hurricanes (10-6) go to Taconic on Thursday.
