Taconic Baseball Rallies for Win at Wahconah

DALTON, Mass. -- Jack Cooney hit a bases loaded double in a six-run seventh inning as the Taconic baseball team came from behind to beat Wahconah, 3-2, on Monday afternoon.
 
Ryan Abel and Cedric Rose each had a pair of hits, and Drew DeMartino drove in two runs for Taconic (13-1), which got seven strong innings on the mound from Jake McNeice.
 
McNeice scattered seven hits and allowed just one earned run to get the complete-game win.
 
Andrew Beaudoin went 2-for-3 with a double for Wahconah (7-6), which hosts Drury on Thursday.
 
Taconic goes to Minnechaug on Wednesday.
