Lenox Baseball Rallies Past Wahconah

LENOX, Mass. -- John Fielding drove in three runs, and the Lenox baseball team scored three times in the bottom of the sixth to earn a 14-12 win over Wahconah on Saturday.
 
Jett Steinman went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and Fielding and Luke Patella each had two hits in a 10-hit Lenox attack.
 
Steinman was one of four pitchers who combined on the win on the mound. Trevor Sweener started and went four innings, allowing three earned runs.
 
For Wahconah, Tanner Hill went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBIs, and Caden Frazier and Gabe Verdi each drove in two. Kevin Huban was 3-for-5 at the plate and scored twice.
 
Wahconah (11-8) and Lenox (11-9) learn Tuesday when and against whom they will open play in their respective Western Massachusetts tournaments.
